The Volkswagen court deadline is now just two months away, with the 26 October 2018 deadline now being two months away to the day.
A lot of our recent publications on our site here and in the various news articles we’re featured in have been focused specifically on the Volkswagen court deadline and its importance. The closer we get to the deadline, the closer we are to closing our books for new claims. Our own deadline for book closure is imminent, so if you have yet to start your claim, you must act now.
Here’s what you need to know.
Missing the Volkswagen court deadline
Missing the Volkswagen court deadline will essentially mean you will be unable to take part in the action unless you can convince the judge in the High Court of justice that there was a good reason or you missing the deadline.
Normally, convincing a judge in this kind of scenario is nigh-impossible. In fact, a law firm (not us!) tried it in a previous action as they missed the deadline, and the judge strongly refused them.
The 26 October 2018 is the Volkswagen court deadline and is the final cut-off deadline for your case to be with the court, so you need to join well in advance of this deadline. If you have yet to start your case, you are danger-close to missing out.
It’s No Win, No Fee: you have nothing to lose
We’re helping victims claim in the Volkswagen compensation action on a no Win, No Fee basis, so you’ve really nothing to lose by joining. But, you must join before the Volkswagen court deadline passes!
If you are affected by the scandal, it’s hard to think of any reason as to why you wouldn’t want a shot at compensation when we are helping people claim on a No Win, No Fee basis.
We’re confident we can win: but you must sign-up before the Volkswagen court deadline
We’re confident we can win the action which is why we are helping people claim on a No Win, No Fee basis, and why we have invested years and a significant amount of time and money in pursuing this action.
We wouldn’t do this unless we were confident we can win the case, and with over 60,000 people in the current action, there’s a lot riding on it for us lawyers.
But you must join the other circa 60k people before the Volkswagen court deadline to avoid missing out. Start your claim now, quickly and easily, to avoid disappointment!
